Take a break from the hustle and nourish your body, mind, and spirit with Hatha Yoga, meditation & homecooked sattvic vegan food! Spiritual exploration is a vital part of this retreat, we will also be guiding you to connect with yourself through mantra & musical meditation.
Hearing from our Bhakti Yogi monk with over 55 years of practice would help in expanding your mind and gaining new perspectives! You will also get personalized time with the monk to ask any questions you have in life. This year's theme is Empathic Living , the practice of fostering deep, genuine connections with others and within ourselves.
