Women at midlife (you get to decide what “midlife” means!) often face changes to their body and identity. The physical and emotional transitions can lead to increased focus on body image.  We want to create a space specifically designed to:

• Embrace the Inside Out Approach: Learn the role your body image is playing in trying to help you manage this profound transformation.
• Navigate the Path to Transformation: Gain practical tools and strategies so you can start changing your relationship with your body image.

Facilitated by Whitney Otto, MA, PCC, and Deb Schachter, MSW, seasoned professionals who combined have over three decades of experience in body image education. They are also the authors of "Body Image Inside Out: A Revolutionary Approach to Body Image Healing."
