Body Flow Fitness is a low-impact workout class designed for all levels. Using only bodyweight (no weights or any external devices!), we will build strength, mobility, and confidence. This class is influenced by dance, yoga, boxing, and HIIT, and incorporates exercises focused on anatomical awareness to build coordination, muscle, and stamina - encouraging fitness and longevity!
This class is held on Mondays at 6pm, followed by Adult Open Level Contemporary Dance at 6:45pm.
Taught by Lex Lancaster, instructor at HOME (House of Movement Eureka).
Studio Location:
House of Movement Eureka is located above Rogue's Manor in downtown Eureka Springs. When you arrive at Rogue's, walk up the stairs from the sidewalk, but before entering the restaurant, turn left to walk around the outside dining area. You will then see a door on your right. Enter and head upstairs to the studio! Welcome HOME.
