A somatic wellness modality, this workshop will provide you with practices to nourish, restore and regulate your nervous system.Using the tools of Body Dialogue, a somatic wellness modality, this workshop will provide you with practices to nourish, restore and regulate your nervous system. Body Dialogue will introduce you to embodied mindfulness and present moment awareness through dynamic stretching, visualization and breathing coordination. Participants can expect a synthesis of the Alexander Technique, yoga, Tai Chi, natural movement and self-reflection.

Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing that is easy to move and breathe in, bring a yoga mat, a spill-proof water bottle, a journal and a pen or pencil. Expect moderate exercise and dynamic stretching.
