Body Awarness/Movement
- Body control/ Body awarness
- Smooth transitions
- Breathing/Body positions
- Techniques for head movements/ isolations etc.
- Short combinations of movements for practice
- Tips how to intergrate these skills into partnerwork/ how to become better follower/leader
🔸️ The workshop is really useful for beginners as well as experienced dancers to get your dance to the next level. Having a good understanding (/body awarness) of the body movements has a huge impact for your dancing.
🔸️If you feel stuck in your dance journey, this can really be helpful for you!
✨️2nd Workshop 60min
Choreography (Intermediate)
- Short choreography with focus on the technique
- The class is not for total beginners, however if you took the first class, challenge yourself and put those new skills into practice!
