Coming directly from Buenos Aires they will introduce us to their unique method that they have been creating and teaching themselves since 1998: Body Awareness Method® (BAM®)Marcela's and Alberto's tango approach is unconventional and powerful.
It focuses on a distinct awareness of one's own body and its various movement possibilities guided in a unique and non dogmatic way. Profound body work in each unit combines with a very deep knowledge of the tango elements achieved in decades of dance experience.
Tanguer@s of all levels will gain new physical freedom, elegance and and beautiful sensitivity for their own dancing body in deepened connection with their partners.
Program Workshop
June 29 -30
Day 1
1) Upper body relaxation
Discovering the body's channels.
2) Small movements big conexion .
Awareness pills for tango dance improvisation.
Day 2
1) Pelvic area
Communication channel and grounding.
Effects in tango movements.
2) The language of the legs in tango.
Freedom- Articularity
Awareness sequences for social dance.
The studens can do full workshop or independing classes.
You can participate alone or in couple.
All workshop all levels.
Bringing confortable clothes, bring mat, we will work with and without shoes.
