Body Awareness Circle - Explore your inner landscape

In this intimate circle we will explore our current inner and emotional landscape - we will make space to connect with what is there and what wants to come up. This workshop aims to raise awareness towards our emotions and our body by diving deeper into the wisdom of our body.

This 1.5h+ hours will allow you to connect to yourself and the bigger picture -through the exploration of movement, touch, awareness and community. This session is designed to explore your uniqueness in a safe container with the goal to get more familiar with the feeling of being a body and not just being a mind carried around by a body.

Together we will:

* Explore interoceptive awareness - perceiving the internal state of the body - as well as healing sound and touch to connect to yourself on a more authentic level

* Delve into your own emotional landscape which allows you to create deeper relationships with yourself and others and raise your awareness of your own needs and desires

* Experience of being held, seen, felt and heart in safe a container of like-minded people

Your fellow explorer is Angelique - an explorer of emotions and somatic bodywork with a foundation of health & well-being coaching, bodywork based on the Pantarei approach and a student of sound healing. She offers 1:1 sessions, workshops as well as community events. Find out more about her here.

* The workshop will be facilitated in English (except everyone speaks German)

* The workshop will last 1.5h+ and will happen at The Dream Haus in Kiefholzstr. 2
