What: After hosting three incredible Spin-a-thons in support of Cavendish Weston Park Cancer Care, Dr Natalie Grinvalds is back—this time with something a little different. Body and Bowl is fitness for good in more ways than one: good for the body, good for the heart, and good for the community. In partnership with Blend Culinary Foundation and Cambridge Street Collective, Resilience Fitness + Wellbeing is hosting two fitness sessions and a Buddha bowl lunch. This year, we're trading spin bikes for sweat towels and creating a space where everyone can take part—no equipment, no pressure, just good energy and a great cause.

Just bring your mat, your appetite, and your willpower! Proceeds go towards supporting Weston Park Cancer Charity. Let’s move together, give back, and build something meaningful—for ourselves and for others!

HIIT-Style Fitness Session: A HIIT-style workout for all abilities—a powerful, energising session designed to boost your fitness and your sense of personal resilience. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movement, with options to scale every exercise to suit your level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned HIIT fan, you’ll be supported every step of the way.


Mat-Style Pilates Session: Mat-Style Pilates workout with a focus on core strength and movement quality. Annie is passionate about life training, so this session also includes elements of mobility and balance to help you move better, both in your workouts and in everyday life. Will need a mat!

Who:

is an evidence-based fitness, physical activity and wellness organisation designed to help individuals and businesses build resilience! Dr. Natalie Grinvald is a health and workplace wellbeing consultant and fitness professional, helping individuals and organisations build sustainable healthy habits through personalised coaching. As the founder of Resilience Fitness + Wellbeing, she brings over 17 years of experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer, and exercise referral specialist. Annie Walker is the Head Trainer at SOLST Fitness, a personal training brand that offers rock climbing, gym training, and sports coaching. She is a personal trainer and climbing coach with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.


Blend Culinary Foundation (BCF) is a registered Community Interest Company and the social impact arm of the Blend Family, working to support the alleviation of food poverty, increase access to food education, and strengthen community connections through shared culinary experiences. Profits from our cookery school classes, private hires, and corporate pledge days are reinvested to provide support to communities in need, deliver food education, and support inclusive, community-led programming.


Cambridge St. Collective is the latest venture from the award-winning food hall curators at Blend. We aim to provide a platform for talented chefs to bring authentic cuisine to the diverse communities of the UK.
