Build strength, increase bone density, and decrease arthritis pain all in one safe and effective resistance band routine. Work in a supportive group setting with ACE certified trainers Mike Browning and Brittany Milbourne-Friend.
This class is suited for all ability levels and all resistance bands will be provided for you.
Bring a mat, water, and a friend!
This class is free to attend and is provided by UPMC.
The Allegany County Library System is closed on the following Mondays: January 15, January 22, February 19, and May 27.
