About this Event
Join us on February 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM for an afternoon of movement, deeper listening, and embodied exploration "On Love". Whether you are experienced in dance or simply curious, this workshop offers a soft space to meet your body with care and creativity exploring the vast terrains of love.
Together, we will move through somatic practices and free dance, allowing sensations and breath to guide us into deeper layers of presence. The guidelines are nonjudgment and compassion; we intend to be a safe space to express yourself through movement.
This workshop will welcome Lilie, a musician based in Paris, who will close our session with a sound bath, relaxing our being drop by drop.
Come solo or bring a friend :)
This workshop is at Studio Marga, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris.
Financial contribution: 35€ / 30€ reduced
All you need is water; come as you are - whatever mood, feelings you are in this day.

@tidal.rythms, www.mytam-mayosmith.com
Mytam is a Vietnamese & U.S. dancer, collaborator, and facilitator based in Paris. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from New York University, with a minor in Social and Cultural Analysis and French, and a Master of Science in Learning Sciences from Université Paris Cité, where her research focused on collective trauma and somatic healing.
Trained in contemporary and modern jazz, her practice is rooted in improvisation—using movement as a way to explore story, emotion, and embodied expression. She is currently training as a dance–movement therapist in the Création Artistique master’s program at Université Paris Cité.
