Bodaishin Yoga-Samadhi Pyramid Activation with Matt Xian

Join Matt Xian (@xianarchive) for Bodaishin Yoga in the Samadhi Pyramid April 13th from 8-9PM.

Bodaishin Yoga (@bodaishin) makes use of the most effective energy clearing exercises (kriyas) Matt has encountered over his 10+ years of study into Kundalini and Kriya Yoga.

Using the power of these exercises in combination with mantra, meditation, and a musical medicine journey, the practice will calm the mind, clear subtle energy blocks and activate our creative potential.

The class will begin at the trail head at 7:55PM as we walk the path of silence together to the pyramid.

Please bring water, your yoga mat, and optionally a blanket or meditation shawl.
