About this Event

We are so excited to announce that this year’s expo is absolutely FREE to all visitors

Come and see all the latest health & wellness innovations and techniques from an array of vendors who will endeavour to help and give you tips on how to dial up your wellbeing

Join in the activities in the hotel courtyard where there will be several classes incuding: Zumba, Jazzercize and fitness routines

Bring your Yoga mat and enjoy time inside the hotel in one of the classes or perhaps some quiet meditation suits you better!

Listen to our five guest speakers in the hotel theatre who will inspire, educate and entertain you during the course of the day

Healthy food will be readily available courtesy of Coolgreens and the other food and drink vendors who will be sampling and selling their delights

Music in the courtyard is provided by DJ Jocky John who will be mixing it up especially for you

Hotel Courtyard opens at 8:00AM and the Inside areas commence at 9:00AM
