My brother Bob has been diagnosed with stage 4 advanced kidney cancer that has metastasized to his abdomen and lungs. This will require extended treatment beyond what his financial capabilities can handle, as he is unable to work. The cost of expenses (tests, surgery, chemo, medication, appointments, etc.) has become a towering hurdle for him. A group of us are organizing a benefit for him. Our goal is to raise funds to help alleviate any expenses he has while he goes through treatment so he can focus on healing. The benefit will be June 7, 2025, at 2pm at The American Legion at 50 Gates St., Sloan, NY 14212 tickets are $30.
