Bob Stein presents The Tapestry Project

Bob Stein—visionary founder of The Criterion Collection, The Voyager Company, and the Institute for the Future of the Book—is unveiling his latest innovation: The Tapestry Project.

Despite 75 years of digital evolution, our knowledge tools remain stuck in print-era conventions—endless scrolling and static pages. The Tapestry Project reinvents digital storytelling with an intuitive, non-linear interface designed for everyone—from seasoned designers to 8-year-olds.

Users can drag, drop, and resize media objects onto a zoomable visual field, creating dynamic, freeform presentations that align with how modern minds process information. This isn’t another Miro, Prezi, or Obsidian—it’s something entirely new.

Bob is bringing The Tapestry Project to the ExPop on Monday, March 17, where he will present every hour on the hour from 11 AM to 3 PM. This is a great opportunity to meet the founder and ask questions in a casual setting that allows you to get up close and personal with the technology that is soon to be released to the public.
