Following the Venice Heritage Museum project’s successful spring Indiegogo fundraising launch, we are hosting a group photo exhibition outdoors at VICE Media in Venice that will transport viewers through the many eras of Venice’s famed Boardwalk, from the city’s founding at the turn of the century through the present day.
A silent auction of large format gallery images will accompany the exhibition, featuring renowned rock & roll photographer Henry Diltz (Morrison Gallery / The Doors), Estevan Oriol (Netflix's 'LA Originals'), Dotan Saguy (Venice Beach: The Last Days of a Bohemian Paradise), Pep Williams (Suicidal Tendencies; 3rd Gen Dogtown), Josh “Bagel” Klassman (Underground Venice Photographer), Paulo Freire Lopez (LA Photojournalist), and Gerry Beckley (of the band 'America').
Limited tickets are available for a VIP Meet & Greet reception with photographers Henry Diltz and Estevan Oriol prior to the exhibition from 3:00-5:00 pm. All proceeds from your ticket purchase directly benefit the Museum project, and contributions are tax-deductible to the maximum extent possible.
The event will also feature additional prints and apparel for sale to support the Museum, sounds by DJ Buck, food carts, and more!
