Board meetings shouldn’t feel like a polite hostage situation.This workshop is designed for boards that are stuck in three painful patterns: under-involved board members, mission creep that pulls you in a dozen directions, and meetings that burn time but produce nothing. Together, we’ll get brutally clear on what the board is actually responsible for, how to keep every decision anchored to mission, and how to redesign your meetings so they drive action instead of updates.
