From the scientists studying the future of aquaculture to the farmers growing oysters in our local waters and the chefs bringing them to the table, the weekend invites you to experience South Jersey's oyster culture from every angle. Stay with us at The Boarding House and spend the weekend eating, exploring, learning and gathering with the people who make this coastal community so special.

Then head to Sweet Amalia Farms, timed with low tide, for an intimate tour of the oyster farm. Walk the farm, meet the people behind the oysters, and follow their journey from hatchery to harvest while learning why South Jersey has become one of the country's premier oyster-growing regions.

After time to relax back at the Boarding House, gather for an evening of oysters, storytelling, and a multi-course dinner prepared in collaboration at Wild Roots, featuring locally sourced ingredients and Sweet Amalia oysters.
