'Board Meeting' Boat Vibes - Hello Culture Charlotte Day on the Lake

Join us for an unforgettable Hello Culture Charlotte Boat Day on Monday, August 17, from 3:00–7:00 p.m.

Our very own member Gina Fulton is generously hosting us for an afternoon on the lake, with her hubs serving as our captain. We’ll cruise, anchor, swim, float, snack and enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon together.

This will be a small and intimate outing with space for only 12 ladies total + our captain.

Hello Culture Charlotte Members receive the first opportunity to reserve a spot, along with exclusive member pricing.

Hello Culture Member Ticket: $35
Non-Member Guest Ticket: $55, if space remains

• A 4-hour private group boat experience

Your spot is officially reserved once payment is received.

Please plan to arrive at the meeting location no later than 2:45 p.m.We will begin boarding upon arrival and plan to depart promptly at 3:00 p.m.

The exact Lake Wylie meeting location, parking instructions and final arrival details will be shared directly with registered attendees before the event.Weather

Boat Day is dependent upon safe boating conditions. If severe weather or unsafe lake conditions require us to cancel or reschedule, registered attendees will be contacted directly.

Light clouds or a brief summer shower may not necessarily result in cancellation.

Participation in boating, swimming and water activities involves inherent risks. By registering, attendees acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and accept responsibility for their own safety and personal belongings.

Guests must follow all instructions provided by the captain. Life jackets will be available.

Due to the extremely limited number of spots and the advance planning required, tickets are refundable up to seven days before the event. After that date, tickets are nonrefundable unless the event is canceled by Hello Culture Charlotte.

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether someone on the waitlist can take your place.
