What to Expect: Whether you're a seasoned gamer or new to the world of board games, this event offers something for everyone. Discover new games, challenge your friends, and make new connections with fellow board game lovers along the way. Come as a group or solo and we can help pair you with a community table. Our events are a great way to connect with members of local communities and are perfect for folks arriving in Toronto looking to make new friends.
General Admission Tickets and Private Tables: Tickets and tables for this event include access to the Junction Craft Brewery's main space, a curated collection of board games, and on-site game experts who can help you with player introductions, game selection, and running how-to-plays for your table. Tickets are priced and sold per person and will be held for the first 30 minutes of the event before being given to waitlisted or walk-up gamers.
Membership & Passes: Changeling Gaming Memberships include event discounts for our paid subscribers. After just two events within a 30-day period, our members save, with the potential of over $80 per month! For this event, each Membership ticket purchased must have a single individual corresponding Patreon Membership Subscription. Or, a temporary Membership Pass may be presented with General Event stamp slots available for each ticket purchased.
Proof of membership will be required at the door.
Board Games: From classic favourites to modern hits, we will have a wide selection of games to choose from on rotation that may include Coup, Codenames, Splendor, Catan, Love Letter, and many more! You are also welcome to bring games from your own collection if you wish. Join the Changeling Discord to connect and plan your games ahead!
Food & Drink: There is no minimum spend, but we strongly encourage purchasing something as able to support the venue so we can keep returning for more game nights. The recommended minimum is $15 per person (~ one drink and one food item) from the Junction Craft Brewery menu. They have a diverse array of drinks available to try, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, and they've also got some light nibbles too, including delicious empanadas from Gaucho Pie Co.
About : Since 2011, Junction Craft, together with Woodhouse Brewery, has been making exceptional beer honouring tradition but for a modern world, including non-alcoholic beer among a growing set of products.
We aim to craft the best experience we can when at our partnering venues while respecting their space, regular services, and capabilities. While unfortunately, we can’t always make adjustments to our shared gaming space, we can at least provide information to help you make an informed decision about attending.
