Are you looking to recoup some of the money you just spent at Hal-Con? Perhaps make some shelf space for things you just bought? Or fill those shelves even further?
A Bring and Buy can let you do any of those things!
The How - Sellers
Each seller can bring up to 10 games between 9:00 and 11:00 am on the day. Each game must have a seller’s form to go with it. Forms will be available onsite OR you can get ready in advance – we would love that!

We will be open to accepting non-board games, such as a warhammer army/squad or a valuable MTG card.
There are 3 time slots for pricing your items (there will be a brief reset time between rounds 1 / 2 and 2 / 3
Drop-Off: 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Round 1: 11:30 am - 12:15 pm
Round 2: 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Round 3: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
You may set a price for each slot – PRICES MUST BE IN INCREMENTS OF FIVE DOLLARS (so $10, not $12 or $10.50). There will be no large bill or coin change available.
This means you may start the event at 11:30 am with an item costing $30... then at 12:30 pm if it has not sold yet, you may reduce it to something like $25, then maybe again reduce it to $20 at 1:30 pm until the event ends. You may also go in the opposite direction by increasing the price as the day goes on to get someone to grab your game earlier. If you wish, you can set the price the same over all three time slots as well.
Sellers will be assigned a number; no names will be on the seller’s forms. Only event volunteers will know both your name and your seller number.
Be HONEST when filling out your game forms – indicate game edition (if applicable) as well as any damage or missing pieces.
Please be present at the end of the third time slot to collect your unsold items and any proceeds from the sales of your games. Volunteers will not be available to get your games back to you after the event has concluded. The venue has a VERY strict time to be out, and our cutoff is 330.
The How – Buyers
You don’t need to have a game to sell to find a game to buy! Everyone is welcome!
Games will be available on a first-come first-serve basis. Reservations or "holding" will not be permitted. Buyers pay the price indicated on the item sheet based on the sellers designated amount for each time slot. All sales are final and sold "as is" – all games will be sealed.
PRICES WILL BE IN INCREMENTS OF FIVE DOLLARS. There will be no coin or large bill change available.
Find a game you want, bring it to the volunteers at the checkout table!
