Whether you're new to board service or looking to sharpen your skills, this interactive 90-minute workshop will help you to create and manage an effective board.Led by experts from the Institute for Nonprofit Administration and Research, this in-person session offers clear guidance, practical tools, and real-world examples tailored to the needs of Louisiana nonprofits.

Understand the legal and fiduciary responsibilities of board service
Create board meeting, committee work, and strategic planning systems
Partner effectively with the board in achieving the mission
Recognize the characteristics of high-performing boards
