Get ready for ONE HOUR of focus, power, confidence, and FUN!
Join us on Friday, November 6 at 5:30 PM at Allstar Wellington for the grand finale of Allstar's Board Breaking Week—our Board Breaking Power Hour!
This special hour-long event gives students more time than a regular class to practice their techniques, work through challenges, and experience the excitement of breaking real wood boards alongside their Allstar teammates.
💪 Why attend Power Hour?
Board breaking is about so much more than physical strength. During this focused hour, students will have the opportunity to:
🥋 Improve Technique – Practice proper striking, kicking, accuracy, and follow-through.
🎯 Develop Focus – Learn to concentrate on a goal, block out distractions, and commit fully to the technique.
💪 Build Confidence – There's an incredible feeling that comes from accomplishing something that once seemed difficult!
🔥 Develop Perseverance – Not every board breaks on the first try. Students learn to make adjustments, try again, and keep working until they succeed.
⭐ Challenge Themselves – Students can work toward bigger and more exciting breaking goals throughout the hour.
🤝 Build Team Spirit – One of the best parts of Power Hour is having teammates cheering each other on and celebrating every breakthrough together!
