NOTICE is hereby given that the 71st Annual General Meeting of Boandik Lodge Incorporated (Boandik) will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 6:00pm.
The AGM will be held as an in-person meeting at the Boandik Wellbeing Centre (Maria's), 101 Lake Terrace East, Mount Gambier SA, 5290.
Items of Business will include:
Reports from the Board of Directors, Treasurer and CEO.
Presentation of audited accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024.
Nominations and voting of Board of Directors.
Whilst the AGM is open to the community, only members of Boandik are eligible to vote where an election is required.
