The Better Not Bitter Summit (BNB26) is the flagship annual event of (BNBS), a Vancouver-based nonprofit founded by through her lived experience of overcoming adversity.

Our mission is to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health by creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive through healing, belonging, resilience, and human connection.

Following two sold-out summits, BNB26 returns with this year's theme, Family First: The Foundation of Us: an evening exploring how family shapes our identity, relationships, mental wellbeing, and future, while inspiring healthier families and stronger communities.
