7:00 AM: 2.5 to 3 Hour Group Run
Recommended for experienced runners or those training for longer distances (like the Air Force Marathon).
Approx. distance range: 12-16+ Miles
8:00 AM: 1.5 to 2 Hour Group Run
Perfect for intermediate runners or those building endurance.
Approx distance range: 6-10+ Miles
9:00 AM: .5 to 1 Hour Group Run
Great for new runners, casual runners, or anyone wanting a lighter session.
Approx distance range: 2-5 Miles
9:00 AM: Bootcamp Workout
A strength and conditioning session open to all fitness levels.
10:00 AM: Cooldown Celebration
All runs are open to everyone —whether you're training for the Air Force Marathon or just joining for fun.
Pacing: All runners should maintain at least a 20-minute-per-mile pace (ability to run 3 miles per hour) to ensure everyone returns in time for the celebration.
