You're invited to the Blue Mountains Running Co. + UP Coaching Wednesday night social run!The 6-7km run is FREE and starts and finishes at the 2773 Glenbrook (next door to BMRC ?) at 6pm.
After the run we catch up with a beverage, so please hang around.

HOW LONG?
This is a 50-minute self-guided social run. We run to time not distance and cater for all abilities.
WHAT SHOES?
The run will be a mix of road and trail, but road or trail shoes will certainly suffice if you are starting out. There will also be a BMRC staff member on hand each week to offer shoe advice.
LIGHTS?
Nah. It's summer time!
KIDS?
Sure! As long as they can do the distance. Please note, the course isn't suitable for prams.
DOGS?
Yes, please! If you have a 4 legged friend who likes to run and is good with people, feel free to bring them along! We do ask that you ensure that they are on a lead at all times and that you have full control of them throughout the entire run.
BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE FOR POST RUN DRINKS.
