About this Event
Safe Space Sessions: Perspectives That Matter
Hey BMNN Family,
This month, we’re making a meaningful pivot.
In a time where the climate in our country feels heavy, uncertain, and at times divisive, we believe it’s important to pause and create space. A space for our fellow African American multifamily professionals to be heard, to be supported, and to not feel like we have to carry it all alone.
Instead of our originally planned format, this gathering will be a Safe Space Session, an intentional evening of honest conversation, reflection, and connection for our community.
Hosted by Black Multifamily Network of Nashville, this dialogue is designed to center us, how we’re feeling, how we’re navigating professionally and personally, and how we continue to lead, grow, and support one another despite the noise around us.
This is not about debate.
This is about perspective, wellness, and community.
What the evening will include
• Moderated discussion around leadership, mental health, career growth, and trust
• Open dialogue where voices can be shared freely
• An anonymous Q&A option for those who prefer privacy
• Intentional time to connect and build with one another
We’ll also have light hors d’oeuvres, along with wine and beer, so the environment feels relaxed and welcoming, because conversations like this happen best when we feel comfortable.
Whether you want to speak, listen, reflect, or simply be in a room where you feel understood, this space is for you.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling seen, heard, and supported.
Seats are limited and registration is required. We hope you’ll join us.
