Join us for a day filled with insightful presentations and networking opportunities with fellow endurance enthusiasts.Presenters and topics include:

Norman Poole (BMC President and coach to mutliple international middle-distance athletes): Strategic Spilts: in-depth statistical analysis of PB pacing.

Andrew Henderson (coach to Alex Bell and Phil Sesemann): Marathon Training
Plus another speaker (hopefully female!) TBA
