Join Ivory Road's Chef Jill + Brian Smith -- owner and "Bourbon Sommelier" from BMB Bourbon Experience for a 4 Course Dinner Menu with 4 paired bourbons. Through captivating presentations that blend history, tasting notes, and fascinating anecdotes, Brian offers an immersive experience for guests. This is truly a one-of-a-kind event for both bourbon connoisseurs & newbies alike! Brian & Chef Jill have been hosting these dinners together for several years at our friend's location: Bent Creek Lodge ... we're excited to bring the fun to Ivory Road this time!
Dinner will begin at 6pm.
1- Cream of Mushroom Soup with Toasted Pine Nuts & Creme Fraiche
2- Brown Buttered Shrimp with Sunchoke Puree and Kale Gremolata
3- Maple Glazed Beef Tenderloin with Baby Potatoes & Tahini Radicchio Salad
4- White Chocolate Silk Mousse with Strawberry Whipped Cream
Tickets are $120 per person and include tax, gratuity, and all pairings. Due to the nature of this specific event, we unfortunately do not offer a dinner-only price.
