Under the exceptional guidance of guest conductor Dr. Albert Nguyen, Associate Professor, and Director of Bands at the University of Memphis Rudi E. Scheidt School of Music, the Bluff City Wind Ensemble, is dedicated to fostering a lifelong passion for music through captivating performances that resonate deeply with our community.
