One of the greatest blues bands that have played Temperance are returning! Take our word, it will be great. What a brilliant band they are!
We are delighted to announce that McHales Permanent Brew will be returning to Temperance. What a brilliant band they are, so do get your tickets well in advance. We will be recording the gig and are hoping to release it as a 'live from Temperance' album.
McHale’s Permanent Brew
McHale's Permanent Brew formed in 2017 in honour of their love of 60 & 70's inspired guitar based blues rock. The band would continue to evolve over the next couple of years, releasing its debut self titled album and developing a sound that would make for an electrifying live set. Hard work and determination would see the North West based band sharing the stage with the likes of Dr Feelgood, Triple J (Feat: Jeff Rich of Status Quo), Xander & The Peace Pirates, Crow Black Chicken, Warner E Hodges and 60's psychedelic pioneers Atomic Rooster. The band would go on to cement its live reputation with a defining set on the main stage at 2022s HRH Blues VI festival.

Waterloo Music Bar – Blackpool – May 2021
Ian Fletcher who runs the Waterloo Music Bar in Blackpool posted the following after one of our shows earlier this year:
‘One of the most pleasurable things for me as a venue owner is introducing new music to the clientele. I don’t think I’ve had as much feedback about a band in a long time as I did on Saturday. McHale’s Permanent Brew certainly turned plenty of heads. For those that weren’t there to see these boys and Blackballed, you certainly missed out big time.
