We are so excited to bring you our first ever blues summer series..in collaboration with the amazing team at I.AM.DANCE! https://iamdance.com.au/At their stunning (and air conditioned) venue in Fitzroy we will be running special blues workshop style classes on Thursday nights in January.
Dates: Thursday 8th,15th, 22nd, 29th January
Classes: 6-7pm Blues concepts class - aimed at dancers intermediate and above. This class will be a deep dive into some of the most fundamental blues techniques that we think really make the biggest difference to our dancing. Expect lots of drills, specific feedback, fine tuning and LOTS of practice of the small details that bring the magic.
7-8pm Blues fundamentals class - an all levels class where we explore the key values and aesthetics of the blues tradition. Open to new and experienced dancers alike...exploring these beautiful foundations of blues never gets old!
Location: The incredible I.AM.DANCE studio at 393 Smith St (enter on Kerr St)
