Schedule:
11:00 - 13:00 — Morning Session (2 hours, 350 NOK)
This is a 2-hour class for people who want to start learning or refresh their blues dance. In this class, you will:
- Learn the fundamental steps and rhythms of blues dance
- Explore basic partner connection and movement
- Gain confidence in expressing yourself to blues music
13:00 - 14:00 — Lunch Break
Afternoon Session (2 hours, 350 NOK)
This is a 2-hour class for dancers with previous blues experience (or after the Morning Session)
14:00 - 15:00 — Triplet Rhythms
We’ll break down how triplets shape the groove and mood of the dance, and practice interpreting them through different movements.
15:00 - 16:00 — More Dips and Lifts
We will dive into some drama with blues dips! We will cover a few common dips that you can use to end a song or to emphasise a big moment in the music!
19:00 - 23:00 — Dance Party
Free Blues Party with DJ.
