Naming themselves after the 1940 Memphis Minnie penned songNothing in Rambling,SISTER SUZIE and ANDY TWYMAN will be taking us on a journey through Mississippi and Louisiana performing music by artists such as Blind Boy Fuller and Elmore James. Guided by a mutual passion for early blues, they evoke the power and soul of the music and the people who created it.Their emotional connection with the stories of the early blues performers gives soul to the deep blues songs they perform. Andys nimble and authentic guitar work provides the perfect back drop for Suzies powerful blues vocals and on-stage charm to shine.Suzie and Andy have toured the UK and Europe, and become festival favourites. In 2024 theyve played at Red Rooster Festival, Upton Blues festival as well as Glastonbury.
