Welcome dancers to OmCulture's latest offering, Blues Fusion. This dance is for all people who enjoy all kinds of partnered 'frame' dancing! While the lesson and some portion of the music will be Blues themed, there is also plenty of variety including swing, Night Club 2-step, cha-cha, rhumba, tango, fusion and more!Every dance starts with a half-hour lesson/ice-breaker with one of our DJ/instructors. The lessons will focus learning some aspect of Blues that can be incorporated into your dance. This week welcome back Lilli Ann Carey. Lilli Ann always has an interesting repertoire of cool dance moves and concepts to share. She will follow that with 2.5 hours of DJd music to carry us through the evening.
OmCulture provides a nice assortment of snacks and an open wine bar, all included in the entry fee.
Cost: $20 cash or venmo (we often do self service at the door, so get comfortable with being trusted implicitly!) Also, you can pay less if you are on a tight budget.
