Dancing West Coast Swing to Blues music is like playing a different game! Learn the rules and tools of the game so you can enjoy more Blues songs in social dancing and in competition.
Myles and Tessa will train you in Swung Rhythm, Hitches, Double Resistance, Call & Response, Short Slotting, and loads of common Blues and Shag footwork combinations you can practice solo and dance with a partner.
How it works:
>>No partner required.
>>Pre-requisite: Experienced Westies only. Must be very comfortable with all basic patterns. Completed Intro B or equivalent. Significant experience with elasticity, standard patterns, footwork, and turns required.
>>Content will be progressive: if you miss a session, you’ll need to catch up via video recap or private lesson.
*includes social dance party 8-10:30pm
