Join the Port City Blues Players at Blues, Balloons, and Barbeque - Hear top blues bands Live on stage all day and evening as the City of Russellville prepares for the total solar eclipse. The Port City Blues Players take the stage at 4:15 PM for an hour long set of blues. Festival begins at 11 AM. See band lineup in event discussion tab.
