BLUEPRINT DESIGN: A day-long wellness workshop

This workshop isn’t about New Year’s resolutions or setting goals you’ll abandon by February. Resolutions fail because they try to change you from the surface; this workshop creates change from the core. We’re interested in something more real: how you live in your actual day. How you move through moment-to-moment. How you spend your energy. How quickly you abandon yourself when conflict shows up. Using somatic-informed-movement, The Tools shadow work, blueprint mapping, and sound immersion, we’ll help you meet the deconditioned version of yourself.

Through connecting to the forgotten and rejected parts of you, we will bring our full selves online and help clarify our goals, desires and dreams for the year ahead. Alignment is a practice. Truth is a practice. Becoming yourself is a practice. Join us for an intimate, honest day of clearing out what’s in the way and calling in what’s to come.
