Bluegrass Thursdays are back at Red Light Café! The featured act for July 29th is Bluegrass Flashmob. They're not your Grandpappy's bluegrass, but a darker-haired variety with way more fashion sense and plenty of harmony and musicianship that you might expect (but with a crowd that knows a little somethin' and has better dance moves - THAT'S YOU). We're gonna have fun dammit!Every Thursday, a featured bluegrass band will perform a few numbers then invite other instrumentalists and singers to join them on stage for a Bluegrass Jam. This main stage jam will be live-streamed (RLC Twitch Channel), and additional jams will pop up outside or elsewhere in the venue (just like old times). So grab a fiddle, mandolin, guitar, banjo, dobro, cajón, upright bass — or just yourself — and come on down and join in the jam!
