INCREASED COSTS: Please be aware that due to increased costs for this event, we have had to increase our entry fees. Early entries have increased to $35 and Gate/Same day entries have increased to $40. Our sincerest apologies, but we have had no choice. Thank you for your understanding and we hope you will continue to run with us.
EVENT INFORMATION
THERE WILL BE CONCURRENT RUNS. FOR SAFETY AND HEAT REASONS, DOGS SHOULD REST FIFTEEN MINUTES BETWEEN RUNS.
WORKER DOGS WILL RUN PRIOR TO MORNING ROLL CALL, DURING LUNCH, AND AT THE END OF DAY AND/OR WORKED IN AS NEEDED.
WE DO NOT DO BLOCK SCHEDULES FOR RUN TIMES. THIS IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. THIS IS A ROLLING ROLL CALL.
PRIORITY RUNS WILL BE FOR EARLY ENTRIES. GATE ENTRIES BEGIN AT 9:30 EACH DAY (earlier if there is little wait).
FUN RUNS will be in the afternoon only and will begin at 3:00. If we are busy, Fun Runs may be cancelled.
No Fun Runs on Monday.
As heat peaks over 85 degrees, brachycephalic dogs will be moved to the front of the line.
Assistance in releasing dogs may be limited depending on volunteer availability, so please bring a friend or make a friend in line.
2 leashes and 2 people are required.
Please note we may limit or eliminate Gate Entries and Fun Runs each day depending on weather, temperature, and staff/volunteer availability.
Although we endeavor to have enough rosettes on hand, that is not always the case. If we run out of rosettes, we will reorder and send to you.
