Imagine a flaky, tender butter-crust hand pie that can be made in bulk and frozen either before they've been baked or after... Stuffed with the seasonally and regionally celebrated berry of our region: blueberries! These delicious blueberry hand pies can be prepped ahead to have at the ready to brought as a shareable treat when you're called to an impromptu summer bonfire with friends.
Participants will leave class with eight uncooked, ready to freeze hand pies. All ingredients and supplies are provided.
