About this Event
Back by popular demand after last year's group sold out, we are proud to offer the second cohort of this 10-Week Men's Group. Please read ALL below details, as this group format is slightly different the rest of our programming. Thank you!
WHAT TO EXPECT: A Men's Group is a space for men to come together to connect, share, and support both each other and themselves. Each week, this practice begins with Breathwork, Meditation and gentle movement, followed by a significant portion where everyone gets to check in and share personal challenges, wins, or anything going on in life, to simply share and listen, without judgement or feedback.
BENEFITS: Benefits of a Men's Group are countless, but include the improvement of mental and emotional health, vulnerability, and a deep sense of support, connection and belonging.
DETAILS:
- Mondays from Oct 6 - Dec 8
- Doors/Check-In: 6:45pm | Group: 7-9pm
- Life on Art (133 Copeland St, Petaluma, CA 94952)

The primary facilitator in this group is community member Adam Christie, who has been guiding a successful Men's Group in Petaluma for five years. We are grateful for his willingness to facilitate this group. To learn more about Adam, visit: http://www.adamchristie.org
The co-facilitator in this group is Ethan Schiff. Ethan is the Community Engagement & Marketing Lead at Blue Zones Project Petaluma, and has also been an Integrated Health Coach, Wellness Podcast Host and Wellness Retreat Leader for several years.
Commitment: For nearly all Blue Zones Project Petaluma programming, community members can join anytime within the 10 week series. However, due to the confidentiality and trust required for the container of this group, we require participants commit to attend at least 8 of 10 weeks, and are capping the group at 10 participants total for the full series.
Prior Group Members: If you participated in our last Men's Group, please register and select the box at checkout indicating you participated last time. Preference must be given to new members first. If there are spots remaining, you will be notified closer to the start date to join.
LOCATION: This offering is possiblity due to Life on Art donating their stunning space. To learn more about Life on Art, visit their website here.
SPONSORSHIP: This program is generously sponsored thanks to our Blue Zones Project Petaluma sponsors: Healthy Petaluma District and Foundation, The City of Petaluma and Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital.
