Join us for a very auspicious evening: the first ever Blue Moon Fusion Dance falls on Halloween night!
In honor of the spookiest hollow-day (ha), this dance will be a Costume Party! Come dressed up, however suits your fancy. I can’t wait to see all your cool costumes!

~On the 5th Saturday of a month (which happens every two months or so)~
Lesson is @7–8pm, then dancing till midnight

Norkova Community Center @ 2235 S 600 E, Salt Lake City
*After 10pm is quiet time, so please keep any noise outside to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors

Q: But what even is Fusion Dancing?
A: I’m so glad you asked! Fusion is a style of partner dance (where two people dance together) that holds connection, expression, and musicality as its main focus. Fusion lives up to its name by pulling techniques, styling, and inspiration from any/all other dance styles and blending them together into something new.
Q: Do I need to bring my own dance partner?
A: Nope! Everyone dances with everyone at a Fusion event. It’s not a mixer-type event or a couples-focused space. Come as you are, participate how you like. We’re all just here to dance.
Q: Saying “no”
A: Not sure you want to dance very much? Everyone is welcome to say “no” to invitations to dance and to asks of any kind. Exercising your “no” and gracefully accepting someone else's is an integral part of Fusion culture, and an excellent way to flex your freewill. This time and space is for you to use as you need. Ask for what you want clearly, and please do not feel obligated to say “yes” to anything. Be respectful and kind, and do you, Boo. We’ll back you up. <3
