Get cozy and slow down at the Blue Mind Reset: a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of a mini-ecotalk by Wildbluesea founder Linda Emerson, guided meditation and a dreamy sound bath with Hayley Reeves.
Haven’t heard of Blue Mind yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you through the week.
Our time together ends sipping herbal tea, sharing our water stories and savoring the sounds of nature by the inlet overlooking the prettiest view in town. Leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
Price: $24 donation (Cash or credit card accepted)

Directions: Enter at the main gate at the Jupiter Lighthouse to check in. Proceed up the brick walkway to the deck.
Important: Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start to check-in. Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s) or a low backed beach chair and a drink in a refillable bottle.
Held on the lighthouse deck most Thursdays/month.
