Special Saturday morning Blue Mind Reset!The coffee will be hot and the vibes will be cool at the Blue Mind Reset+ Coffee Social on the Lighthouse deck.
Start your Saturday with a restorative practice bringing you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of movement and a mindfulness walk, a mini-eco-talk and a balancing sound bath by Hayley.
Afterwards, meet new people while we share our water stories, sip fresh brewed Oceana Coffee under the Banyan tree and savor a beautiful morning by the inlet. Make this your favorite ritual to begin the weekend.
Haven’t heard of Blue Mind yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you throughout your weekend.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start to check in at the main gate to the Jupiter Lighthouse. A Wildbluesea sign will be on the fence.
Saturday Special: $15 at the entrance (cash or credit card) includes the program, Oceana’s award-winning coffee and supports Wildbluesea’s community education and engagement programs for healthy waterways.
Program capacity: 75
Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s)or low backed beach chair. If you bring a drink, please use a reusable bottle. Everyone is welcome!
