A Blue Mass is a Mass celebrated annually in the Catholic Church for those employed in the "public safety field" (i.e. police officers, 911 operators, Border Patrol, Security, U.S. Customs, firefighters, correctional officers, 911 operators and EMS Personnel). The color blue relates to the blue colored uniforms predominantly used by these services. The service honors those who have died in the line of duty and those currently serving. The Mass is an opportunity for the community to show gratitude to all those who keep us safe and their families.
Medals of St. Michael the Archangel, patron saint of Law Enforcement and First Responders will be blessed and distributed to our honorees and their families.
We will also bless their vehicles and equipment after Mass. All are welcomed, regardless of Religious Affiliation. Honorees are welcome to wear their uniforms, medals and badges.

Call Parish Office for more information or to RSVP at 520-625-1154.
