Blue Jean Festival

The Caroline County Humane Society is gearing up for their next Blue Jean Festival with live music by The Hijackers and Beer Garden with Ten Eyck Brewery. Lots of activities for the kids with Pony Rides and Petting Zoo by the Little Farm. Also Pet Rock Painting and Face Painting for kids of all ages. Family & pet friendly festival with games and entertainment but most importantly an ANNUAL FUNDRAISING LIFELINE FOR THOUSANDS OF ANIMALS AT CCHS!

Saturday April 27 11-3 p.m. at the 4-H park located at 8230 Detour Road Denton Maryland. This fundraising event will take place RAIN OR SHINE (indoor area available in case of rain). Admission is $10 parking fee includes a raffle ticket and Scavenger Hunt game.

Start the day with the Wigglebutt Walk a 5K run/walk pets welcome. Starts at 10 am.

We ask that everyone who joins us donates or raises a minimum of $50. Prizes for highest earner and best Participant+Pet costume! Please go to carolinehumane.org on the Blue Jean Festival page to sign up and start your fundraising. There is a page to create your own personal link to send to your friends and family to donate.

Then head to the Beer Garden for a cold beer and lunch at the food trucks. Watch the demonstrations of Dog Agility Search and Rescue and Police dogs throughout the day. The Humane Society tent will have some great basket raffles items to buy and the Cake Wheel. Animal Rescue groups have been invited to join us with their own adoptable pets.

Dog Yoga will be available with Helen Spinelli in the Williams Building. Sign up now by going to carolinehumane.org on the Blue Jean Festival page. A Dunking Booth will be available to sink your favorite local celebrity or one of your friends or family.

Animals are welcome on leash. Plenty of parking is available.
