We are excited for LIVE @ Uptown Circle with Blue Iris!
Blue Iris is a cover and original rock band from central Illinois. The songs they play are gothy, punk, driving, and full of emotion. The Cure, The Scorpions, Cream, REM, The Rolling Stones, and Jack White are a few artists they cover. Featuring Jen Hargis on lead vocals and lead guitar, Bre Schaut on violin and guitar, Rob Hargis on percussion and backing vocals and Jason Schaut on bass guitar and backing vocals many of their original songs have been nominated four years in a row for the The Josie Music Awards based out of Nashville Tennessee. Picking up music once again after decades of raising their families, these two married couples bring passion, emotion, and depth to their performances in and around the central Illinois area.
