We will visit a local Asian Market to find ingredients and then head over to Blue Bamboo to get cooking!For this class, we will meet at Jax Oriental Grocery at 10AM, take a quick tour, and then purchase some ingredients to cook at Blue Bamboo.
We'll eat everything that we cook, and learn some interesting techniques along the way.
