Fitty Gomash and friends present, Blowin’ a Hooley a Christmas ceilidh.Christmas simply wouldn't be Christmas without an annual pilgrimage to the Jam Jar in Bristol to join in the joyous yuletide revelry with Fitty Gomash.
In what has become a firm fixture in the calendar, the christmas ceilidh is a chance to shake your tinsel and baubles with the best of them. Expect the best in raucous Irish and Scots folk tunes with a healthy smattering of festive earworms thrown in for good measure.
As always at a Hooley, the musical backdrop will be delivered with uptempo drive and good time energy, from 8 piece veterans of the Bristol music scene.
Adult ceilidhs will take place from 7pm on the Saturday and Sunday evenings, with a kids ceilidh taking place on the Saturday afternoon from 2 - 4pm.
Come one, come all, come all ye faithful, this is a celebration of the season, a coming together to share in the joys of the finest music, the most uplifting dances, and more good folk than you can shake a turkey baster at.
